BECOME A SHAREHOLDER

All Erda shareholders receive a weekly supply of fresh vegetables, herbs and occassional seasonal fruit during the growing season. The growing season usually lasts 26 weeks, typically beginning the first Wednesday in May and ending in late October. This year shares were an average 5 pounds of produce each week.

Membership also includes:

- Member handbook, directory and a weekly newsletter including information about the farm.

- Recipes and post harvest tips for your produce.

- Opportunity to be part of Community Supported Agriculture: reclaiming and renovating agricultural land.

- Ongoing opportunities to learn about biodynamics, farming and anthroposophy.

- Free admittance to all adult and child workshops during the 2010 season (material fees may apply).

- Opportunity to purchase local dairy, eggs, honey, flowers and other value added products.

2010 season shares are priced at $550.00.
That's roughly $21.00 a week to feed a family of four a variety of fresh, pesticide-free, locally grown produce. It is a great value!

We have a limited number of shares to ensure quantity of harvest. Shares are given on a first come, first serve basis. Download the 2010 application form HERE. Please print and mail your completed application form with a deposit/payment check to the address at the left.

We understand that many people would like to participate in a CSA but may not do so for lack of financial resources. Let's make a difference!
Erda Gardens graciously accepts contributions of any amount to help these folks afford their shares. Donations are tax deductible.
We also offer a limited number of work trade positions (for part or all of share cost) each season.

If you are interested in either of these opportunities, please complete and return the 2010 application or call us at (505) 610-1538 for assistance.
