Recipes :: GreensWilted Greens4 Tbls unsalted butter Melt butter in large skillet over medium-low heat. Stir in onion and cook for 1 min. Stir in garlic and cook until golden (about 5 mins) Add tomatoes, basil and ginger. Cook uncovered stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened, about 5 mins. Stir in the greens and cook, covered, until wilted, about 3-4 mins. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot or at room temp. Serves 4 From Green on Greens Cookbook. |
