Recipes :: GreensQuiche Pre-baked piecrust Preheat oven to 425F. Gently sauté onions then add greens or if using leeks sauté all at once. Let cool until at least warm. Scramble eggs well before adding all other ingredients. Pour into pre-baked piecrust, Bake for 40-45 minutes until middle is only a little firm. Let sit for 5-10 minutes before serving. Serves four.
